I've only selected 1 star as 0 wasn't an option! Purchased this laptop in February for my daughter's study. By September it wouldn't even turn on. Sent back for repair and only a month later it wouldn't turn on again. Assuming it is faulty stock. So far, a complete waste of money and very disappointing. laptop is nice but for the price I would have thought it could do with a backlight for keyboard. Sometimes it lags and stalls for whatever reason I do not know. Next time I buy a laptop I would most certainly look into it and not rush like I had done with this one. I brought it for my university studies and it's still so fast after hundreds of files being saved and multiple programmes being downloaded. On top of all that I'm still able to download heaps of games and play them with no interruptions and without the laptop slowing down. Definitely happy with this!
