I've had this for almost 3 months and it's been very good at what I need it to do. I got the 32GB model for heavy productivity and so far it hasn't disappointed, plus the i7/4050 combo can handle almost anything. It's a gaming laptop, so battery life isn't great - a full charge might last 5-6 hours but get a MacBook/thin and light if you want good battery. Use the MSI Center software to cap it at 80% if it's on power all the time to prolong capacity a bit longer. 1080p is where it excels, if you want 1440p gaming this can run medium-low but anything above you'd want a 4060 or better. Cons: Slightly flimsy build (infamous MSI hinge design, don't be an idiot opening and closing the lid and it'll be fine), only one fan so runs loud and a bit on the warm side, relatively low wattage GPU (45W) and VRAM (6GB) could underpeform in more demanding games
