Worked for 5 months...

Wattage: 100W

Unfortunately this is the second one of these I have owned that failed after a few months use powering my Startech laptop adaptor. Fortunately both have been replaced quickly by PB Tech under warranty.

This worked well for 18 months...

Wattage: 100W

Unfortunately it then stopped working, despite having a very easy life at home and no signs of wear or damage.

Thankfully it has a 2 year warranty and PB were quick to willingly replace it, so my only concern is about the waste - hopefully this experience is a one-off and its actually generally a good quality product

Works fine with macbook pro.

Same as other review, I purchased an additional power cord, based on PBTech's recommendation / bundling - only to have one come with this unit. So I now have to arrange sending the additional cord back.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
