I am mixed when it comes to this product. I have had it for about 2 weeks and Wi-Fi connectivity seems to be a daily problem.

Setting up was not smooth, donot set via your phone, just hard connect a computer to the router and type in the the address the instructions say and book mark it. When you login the address changes slightly and if you book mark then and login it will come up with "JSON" errors, this drove me insane.

If you are on spark make sure to enable the "VLAN/Bridging" not sure if this is the case with other ISP.

Wi-Fi just keeps cutting out, I read online that it might be the netgear Armour Security, which I subscribed for free for about a month. To disable this you have to use the mobile app, you can't just go into the Router settings and disable it adding more unnecessary steps. This didn't stop Wi-Fi from cutting out, devices will say its connected but the internet wont actually work. Wi-Fi will be good for about 8-9 hours then cut out for everyone almost daily which results in to having to reboot the router.

I have updated the firmware, reset router to factory setting but problem seem to be the same.

POSITIVE
Router UI is really nice, there is a lot of information and controls and traffic to the the router you can manipulate. Device management is easy allowing you to group different devices to one rule.

Network mapping is a nice feature allowing you to see who is connected to what Wi-Fi bandwidth and giving you controls on who you want to be connected.

Good and easy options to set up 4G and 5G or a mix of both as well as Guest Network and the ability to change upload and download speeds.

When it works Wi-fi range is great, with good speeds.

Being hard connected to the router has no connection drop out even when Wi-fi drops out.

It's pretty good and helped with buffer bloat, but the setup on it is a bit of a pain & for some reason I had to restart twice before Windows was able to talk to it properly. Probably a windows fault. Other than that though very good.
