Simply put, this is the best Price vs. Performance Mousepad Around! It has no fraying or any damage ~2 month's after purchase. I usually reccomend replacing the mouse mat every year as the fabric starts to tatter and lose it's surface. Just upgraded from the X2 after 1.5 years of solid abuse. This huge mouse pad i bought in october is perfect for any FPS gamer, it has a smooth gliding surface with plenty of space for your mouse and keyboard to go. This mouse pad is super good quality for the price and i would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. My only con about the mouse pad is that its not super water resistant but its not a problem. Perfect love the rubber bottom stops it from moving around. Feels great with a mouse. I have a smaller one of these at home, so at work I went for the full size, and covered a large chunk of desk.

It's great for me as a design engineer, because not only do I use CAD/CAM all day, I have dual monitors, so I just slide the mouse over and still have a full range of movement. Mouse sensitivity seems fine.

My desk is also covered in tools and prototypes, so having a wide cushioned surface protects the desk from dings and clangs.

I make a fair amount of dust and swarf, plastic shavings etc - so far it all brushes off without problem.

So I've had this mousepad for about over a year now and honestly I don't regret it theres been no big down sides other than cleaning it is a mission but other than that it is great, currently it fills up my entire desk which is great for me. The grip could use some work and then is much room for improvement but overall for the price best mouse pad in NZ. It is large which is great if you have the desk space and after 1 month I was unable to notice and damage/areas of fraying.
