Whisper quiet and easy to use

I've been looking for a quiet water fountain for our cat for a while - many of them are far from quiet. This one makes no detectable noise thanks to the wireless suspended pump design. Being wireless means that the bowl can be lifted off the base for easy access too. It connects to your phone via bluetooth, although this is just a frill and not needed. It also has an activated carbon filter. Would buy again. The only slight negative is although the bowel is stainless steel, the dish the cat drinks from is plastic. This is not a big problem though, just a potential area for improvement. The cat certainly doesn't seem to care.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
