I've only had this for a few months and at first it was great - strong sound - but now it's taking 20 minutes or more for the Bluetooth mode to turn on after I use the on switch. This is entirely unacceptable especially for my use case. I won't be buying Promate products again. Quick and easy to use, well build for the price, and sounds perfectly fine for use in our office mostly on video calls. I was expecting less, it delivered more.
