Went to store after psu failed was going to go modular but this was to good of a price to pass by. Easy to install and operates well. Went to store after psu failed was going to go modular but this was to good of a price to pass by. Easy to install and operates well.

I had a system with a 500w PSU that wasn't able to keep up the components it needed to power and would cause instability under full load.
I don't have any real way of testing how each rail performs, how clean the voltage output is etc, but I do know that the system is now rock solid, the PSU's fan stays at a constant, quiet speed and it only gets slightly warm after hours of heavy system load.
The lack of modular cables is reflected in the price, however the cables are a nice flat all black style which mitigates dealing with the extra cables compared to the round braided type I'm used to dealing with.

Bought a few of these, no Corsairs in stock at the time unfortunately. Quiet, plenty of cables (a blessing and a curse, hiding them all behind the back panel was a nightmare) and voltages seem perfectly within spec on HWinfo. The 80+ bronze certification is a big plus, as I feel more confident in its energy efficiency and longevity. The system feels stable, and I haven’t experienced any random reboots or power-related issues that sometimes come with cheaper units.
