I used it to replace an OEM HP battery for a HP t620 Thin Plus. If the plug isn't compatible, take the wires off the old battery (the entire length and the plate that is soldered to the old battery, it will tear off) and insert it below the yellow plastic in the new battery. Used it to swap out a dead battery in an HP laptop. The pins didn't match, nor were they the same size so I couldn't transplant the old pins, so I just stripped the wire and taped them together.

Regular price is somewhat expensive seeing as you can purchase a packet of 10 from China for less. I consider it is overpriced.

I have installed this battery cell in the laptop in question, but I do not have the laptop running yet as a lot of work is still required on the motherboard swap with a few new parts required. It should, however, do the job in question, i.e. powering the motherboard basic memory and basic BIOS type functions. Some desktop motherboard makers like Gigabyte, instead of making the battery easily replaceable (as a desktop can be off power for hours per day), unfortunately copy laptop design (where it is unlikely need replacing due to the primary battery) where the fully plastic-enclosed battery is glued onto back of something like a USB port and connected to the motherboard with a wire connector.
