Raspberry Pi Argon NEO 5 M.2 NVME PCIE Case Designed for Raspberry Pi 5 Compatible with any M.2 NVME with M-Key up to 2280 size

This case offers the same great features and style as the standard NEO 5 but with the addition of M.2 NVME support (drive not included) allowing you to add lots of fast storage to your Raspberry Pi 5 via the PCI-E header!

The lower section of the case accepts any M.2 NVME SSD with M-Key up to 2280 size (not included), and even has an included aluminium heatsink to keep your drive cool.

Just like the standard NEO 5, the case has a smooth aluminium alloy main body with both active and passive cooling for the ultimate cooling/quiet combo.  The case also gives access to all ports including the power button.

With a 30mm internal PWM blower fan, combined with intake and exhaust vents, you can push your Pi 5 to the max and let the case handle cooling when it's needed. When you're not pushing things to the limits, the fan will turn off and allow the passive cooling features to take over, keeping your environment quiet.

Note: You will need to use an official 27W Raspberry Pi power supply with this case to ensure sufficient power for the Pi, case and NVMe drive.

NVME Compatibility

Some customers have reported compatibility issues with certain brands/models of NVME drives. Whilst no 'official' compatibility list is maintained by Argon40 (yet), we have made them aware and discussions on their own forum are highlighting the need for clarification.

For now, we suggest following the same compatibility list on the Pimoroni NVME Base page as a starting point until something official is shared from Argon40. Please also read our troubleshooting guide.

Please also note that double-sided NVME drives will not fit this product (usually found with higher-capacity drives with components on both sides of the stick).
