Does what it should

Really good replacement of the old remote. Bought it for Mum, who has partial blindness, so it was welcome that it was very similar to the previous remote.

Excellent service & producr

The salesperson was extremely helpful, ordered the remote in then I got a txt to say it was there the next day, took it home put batteries in it & it worked straight away, couldn't ask for better, thank you :)

Cost effective with good compatibility

Wasn't sure if it would work on my LG Signage display, since it's not on any compatibility lists. Works well, and accesses all of the necessary features, much more cost effective than the $70 direct replacement aftermarket remote.
Very happy with this purchase.

Remote Access

I purchased this remote as my tenant moved out of my apartment and didn't tell me he had lost the remote for the tv. As an older LG model I thought it would cost several hundred dollars to replace.

I was surprised that there was a universal remote and wasn't sure if it would work for my tv. So glad I purchased this remote as it worked perfectly with my old LG tv and all funtions wprked flawlessly.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
