It was an absolute pleasure speaking with him. Due to my financial situation I needed my issue resolved today, and I needed someone would could understand it despite how confusing it was and resolve it for me despite the woeful lack of information I was able to provide. Darren delivered on every aspect of that and did it while being incredibly polite and speaking clearly (I'm hard of hearing and often have trouble with customer support). I'll definitely be buying from PBTech in the future thanks to the quality of service I just received. Thank you once again Darren, you're a breath of fresh air in customer support.
