The staff are always really nice and always want to help along with being enthusiastic PB tech is such a laid back place and it doesn't even really feel like a store you can just go in try all their gadgets and then walk out again. Trying the HTC Vive was an awesome experience for me but being in PB Tech it felt so natural to go and ask if I can try it out and when no one is there you can literally play to you hearts desire. PB Tech is the most advanced, inspiring and all round fun place to go and to be honest it can sometimes be more enjoyable than Rainbows End!

Jaak, Ollie and Daniel were exceedingly helpful. They did not let me leave the shop without testing every component until the fault was identified.

It is obvious that the shop staff are technology enthusiasts themselves.

It was a complete replacement build - bought some great components, put it all together and worked a treat... for about two weeks. After which something (likely some kind of power surge despite my UPS setup) took out both the motherboard and CPU. Tough one to solve, but first the service guys first replaced the MB, was still dead on arrival, then replaced the CPU - and it's been humming ever since. So just wanted to pop in and say thanks for having my back on that one - could have been left with a very expensive paperweight!

I would just like to say I was extremely impressed with his customer service & mannerism which was friendly and fun while still professional. The skill set Brian displayed whilst dealing with me was impeccable. This guy was extremely efficient and great at his job. Brian was very keen and more than willing to assist despite my multiple requests for different options/changes and was able to answer all of questions very promptly and in full detail. He would also consult with his co-worker and completely explain the reasoning behind what he was doing which made me feel comfortable and like he was making every possible effort to get it 100% right. He even helped me out to my car at the end. I am a Customer Service Manager overseeing a large number of staff and it is safe for me to say that service and passion like that is not common and should be recognised where ever possible. Absolutely fantastic!!

Jimmy committed to fixing my motherboard issue and he did what he promise on the day in a professional manner.
