I just want to thank you and your team for the outstanding level of service you all have provided me since your opening in Christchurch.

Before moving to Christchurch a couple of years ago, PB Tech Wellington use to be my go to place for enthusiast level products when I needed something specific. When I moved down here I was very surprised that there wasn't anything that even came close to what you guys offer. I was ecstatic to find out that PB Tech was coming to Christchurch. Ever since your opening here in Christchurch, I've been in and out purely because your customer service and product knowledge goes well beyond what other local franchises provide.

As I walked into your store today you could tell that your customer service and rich selection of products has been drawing in the locals, just from seeing how busy your store was at 5pm on a Monday. After liaising with Nancy who very kindly order the Trident Z Ram that you noted down for me from your Black Friday sale, I'm humbling thanking you and your team for honouring it, and providing a level of customer service that is rarely seen in this day and age. Keep up the excellent work.

I wanted to share some positive feedback with you regarding a recent purchase of a laptop from your online store (order 290487), which arrived and had a stuck pixel and required replacement. I have been blown away with the response by your staff...view more I wanted to share some positive feedback with you regarding a recent purchase of a laptop from your online store (order 290487), which arrived and had a stuck pixel and required replacement. I have been blown away with the response by your staff going over and above what I expected. I contacted your Penrose store on Tuesday and explained to them that I am leaving for an overseas trip in a week and required the laptop to be replaced before then. The staff member assured me that they would fast track the replacement, and so I returned the laptop, hoping for the best, but to be honest expecting the worst. I was amazed to have the replacement laptop arrive two days later at 9am! They must have sent the replacement almost immediately after receiving the defective one.

I have made quite a few purchases from PB Tech and every single time I have had exceptional service from your staff members, both in store and online, but this time I feel that they have gone to great lengths to accommodate me and so I felt I needed to let you know how pleased I am with the service. Your staff members do you and your customers a great service and deserve recognition for this. I am sure that you generally only get to hear negative feedback and not the positive feedback. I have always recommended your company to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so in the future.

On a related note and as a recent emigre to Melbourne I realised two things, firstly there is nowhere Ive encountered in Melbourne that gives service even half as good as your team, and secondly compared to your prices in NZ, a lot of tech here is way overpriced. With that in mind, and recognising that you do ship online to Aussie, I cant help but wonder if youre missing a trick not having a physical presence here. With a resident CBD population roughly three times the density of Auckland, and that number goes up by a factor of ten in the during the day, even a small shop in the CBD would have a huge potential customer pool and in terms of quality service and competitive pricing the market is far from saturated IMHO.
Please note, my interest in this is simply that I recognise the value of good service and would very much like to shop in a local PB store again.
