Sometimes things don’t always go to plan when buying goods or services. This could be because you think:
- the products were not as described
- the products did not arrive
- the products are faulty, unsafe, or poor quality
In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from PB Tech becomes faulty, we are committed to meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Issues with product purchases, marketing communication (including in PB Tech stores or on the PB Tech website), issues with PB Tech stores, or PB Tech staff can also be made using this form. All escalation form submissions are reviewed by senior managers in the PB Tech Customer Service team, who will respond to you within 48 hours.
