    Open Box products are "as new" products that have had their original packaging opened.

    Ex-Demo products are products that are or have been on display at one of our stores or loaned out as a demonstration unit to a customer for a short period of time.

  3. How do I return an item?

    You can easily update your email subscription here. You will need to be signed into your PB Tech account before you can update your email preferences. If you do not have a PB Tech account, there is an "update your subscription" link at the bottom of our emails which will let you update your email subscription.
