Great technology but no dimensions

Bought this to fit my Dell Inspiron 14 2in1 laptop but the double usb-c plugs are 1mm too narrow in the middle to fit. This is not clear when it says it fits double ports. Doesn't include or exclude models on box or specs online. Pretty disappointed and was inconvenienced as I do not live close to a PBtech. Went back and got it changed to a different adaptor. Staff at Chch Central were awesome but product was issue. Definitely not the staff.

Satechi Does It Again

This was exactly what I was after, a "cheap" dual monitor solution that could provide dual 4K at 60Hz in a (somewhat) single cable solution. I can confirm that it does run hot after long periods (as stated) so interested to see how long it will last.

Tip: I was initially getting 24Hz on one of the monitors with the adapter (I am running a 2019 MacBook 16-inch). I found that setting the display to ‘Default for display’ changed it to 60Hz, with the settings staying the same when I went back to my 'Scaled' preference.
