I had access to an older digital projector that I wished to use. As it was VGA and my PC does not have VGA, I thought my solution was this conversion cable.
The projector functioned, the connection functioned but the projection display (full screen), would only project the taskbar. Nothing else would display. The cable flickered the screen so didn't solve the issue. I was going to return it, but you only get 7 days to return products, so now I'm stuck with a useless cable.
