I Bought this for 3440 x 1440 100hz G-sync monitor. I asked one of the sales person in Northshore branch, and he said this cable was compatible. It turns out this cable is not working. This is to correct my review on 15 March 2019, it worked initially at 3440x1440@100hz then the screen started to flicker, tested it with other DP port and eventually found out it's only stable at 60Hz, not even at 75Hz. So buy this cable only if you are happy with 60hz. Not so sure about this cable. I needed to replace my 1.5m cable, which works great, but too short for my new arrangement. So, I bought this 2m Dynamix cable but noticed that the screen kept flickering around 4 or 5 times an hour (monitor would go black and back on again after 1 sec, usually with a pop sound from the monitor speakers).

PBTech were kind enough to replace the cable. However, the replacement is doing the same thing. DP1.2 can support 3840x2160 @ 60hz, but in my experience this cable has been causing flashing/flicking, and often doesn't get correctly detected.
If you're thinking about driving HFR and high resolution displays (even within the DP1.2 standard), I would recommend upgrading to a DP1.4 cable which more stringent requirements, and will likely cause fewer headaches. I was worried it won't work at 3440x1440@100Hz after seeing some reviews for the 2 meter version, picked it up at penrose store and the bag says for 4K Ultra HD and it had no issue with my ultrawide display at 100hz. I purchased this cable for a Asus PQ248Q 1080p 180hz monitor and this cable did not work at 180hz for me. It worked almost flawlessly at 1080p 144hz in only one of my EVGA 1060 SC ports, of the other two ports, one didn't work at all and the other worked at a certain angle only.
