Docking one star because I had to buy a cable to determine its wiring, it's nicely constructed and seems good quality.

The USB 2.0 spec section 6.4.4 specifically disallows A-A cables, however obviously they do have some practical uses. There are two "right ways" to wire them in practice, depending on the application: one is to leave VBUS disconnected, the other is to connect VBUS straight through.

Been using it the past few weeks as a longer cable between my PC and my HTC Vive link box. And as expected its been working perfectly fine. The cable quality is good and feels decently durable. The Dynamix C-U2AA-1 does an excellent job. I used it replace the original cable to connect the notebook cooler to my laptop. Great quality. And the price is low!
