My original 2m USB-C to lighting cable from apple stopped working properly after three years so I decided to replace with something a bit more sturdy and better priced. This cable ticks all the boxes, not only it feels way better than Apple original but also much better price. Highly recommend! Incredibly useful for those of us with Apple devices which charge via lightning connector - enables use of USB-C chargers/powerpacks (and doesn't generate Apple's usual refusal to accept non-Apple cables). Highly recommended - the 2M length is useful too! I bought this because my dog accidentally broke my lightning cable while playing with a toy. The old one was a lightweight cable, and the end where it connects to my tablet wasn't particularly robust. The OtterBox premium cable is so much better: The cable itself is reinforced with braided fabric (it looks a bit like a small rope), but the ends have reinforcement around the connections to the cable which helps keep it from bending when plugged in, and that's the main place these cables can break. One word of advice: There are two versions of this cable: One is Lightning to USB-C, the other is Lightning to USB-A. Make sure you get the right one to plug into the charger adapter you already have (I didn't. Oops.).
