The BT446 and P3732 are slightly longer in the battery pack so simply will not fit in the smaller compartments that the BT750 does, 50mm long as compared with the BT750's 46mm, other dimensions very similar.
There may well be differences in the plug and cable config too, not sure exactly what but while there may be a work around for those, it is all but impossible to squeeze the larger battery pack in some devices such as my Uniden cordless. Even though this battery pack has the same specs as the uniden handset it did not work with the uniden phone.
