Arlo Essential 2K Outdoor Wire-Free Camera (2nd Gen) - 1 Pack

I bought two of these cameras. After a year, they both stopped charging. I took it back to PB Tech to exchange, but they told me I needed to contact Arlo because it had been a year. Funnily enough, while I was there, another lady asked me if I was having trouble with my Arlo Essential cameras. She was there to pick up a replacement for her set because hers had also stopped charging. Anyways, after a couple of months of back and fourth with Arlo, they finally agreed to send me a replacement. Lo and behold, less than 12 months later, they've both stopped charging... I purchased the essential camera about 12 months ago. The camera is unreliable and the service is shocking.
I have had several incidents missed. One example is my dog being taken and the camera never picked up the person the car or the dog that all went straight in front of the camera. Another incident where I was away from home and the something happened in their system which meant I had to disconnect and reconnect my camera. As I was away from home I couldn’t do this which meant I didn’t have the security of the camera while I most needed it. Would not purchase again and wouldn’t recommend. Easy to set up. Once the app is downloaded, it's easy to turn the camera on and off from your phone. If it's on permanently, the battery seems to last about 6 days. Easy to get the camera off it's mount and quickly recharges.

I bought 2 of these. Good picture quality. Easy to install and setup. Only drawback is mount bracket as it only move to certain angle. Overall great price and totally worth it I bought 2 of these.
