Works very well for the money

This works really well and has a nice loud chime. Quite nice to pick from a few choices for the chime. Really easy to set up and am now locked into the Arlo range and happy with it.

Tricky to install

It was not easy to set up. I needed to try about 10 times until I found out I should be very close to the Wi-Fi router and phone app for the first setup.

Great product and delivery

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It was exactly what I needed to complement my Arlo security system. This chime has different ring options, fantastic that there are some not intrusive.
Delivery arrived as expected and quick.
The only con I see is that it requires electricity to work and I’d like it to work with batteries too.

Shipping Costs

All orders sent by PB Tech are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
