I bought this camera May last year. It was working well until a month ago, which is just one month past the warranty. Can’t be charged and unable to turn on. I've used this for a location on the property where it isn't feasible to run ethernet cables. Haven't had to manually recharge it yet because it is placed and oriented in a good place. Do appreciate that the camera will only record on motion, it won't provide 24/7 recording due to battery limitations. I could live with that for my use case however. I recently bought an additional Eufy solar camera to supplement others that I previously purchased in the 4-pack plus the Homebase 3. The cameras are very well made, the charge retention is strong and can be monitored via the app which also has many features for settings. Reception to the Homebase 3 is very reliable, which allows off site monitoring, also. With spotlight, infra red and 2-way audio, these cameras are excellent and they are very easy to install and set up at any location that will receive at least 2 hours of direct sunlight each day.
