A cheap version of HikVision - needs dedicated software to configure

Good quality image. Good night vision too. But a bit tricky to configure without dedicated HikVision software (Hik-Connect).
The live view does not work for most browsers as the plugin needed is blocked.
If you a persistent enough and do some reading you can get this setup and working. It's a shame it it doesn't configure straight out of the box.

Great value IP camera

I have two other cheaper/lower res 2MP HiLook PoE cameras and this more expensive 5MP version definitely increases the resolution and definition, but not by as much as you'd expect. The higher resolution results in much lower FPS, which is disappointing. I think it's worth the extra cost over the 2MP version, but don't expect to be blown away, the 2MP is more than adequate, it's just with the 5MP the resolution can be increased quite a lot more.

These cameras are so easy to install and work well my el-cheapo TP switch.

Flawless video with easy installation and setup

I've bought a few of these cameras now and their hardware and software makes it so easy to install and set up. I've recommended them to others and our business security network uses 11.

Shipping Costs

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
