Requires regular resets

Bought this to match another that was included with a Ring doorbell. Good when they work, but they don’t always work.

Both chimes have disconnected themselves twice in the six weeks since installation. Sure, once you realise they’re disconnected, it’s easy to reset them by turning their power off and on, but annoying if that’s how reliable they’re going to be.

Thankfully we have phones that also chime, so we do get alerted when someone is at the door. I’d say if your phone is nearby, then save your money and don’t bother with these chimes. Based on their unreliable first six weeks, they may well turn out to be a waste of money.view more

Ring Chime (2022) - Easy & Simple

We purchased this Ring Chime following the purchase of the Ring Video Door Bell, both products are wonderful and very easy to set up. There are 15+ chimes to choose from and we never miss a package or visitor since we got this. Highly recommended to all. Thank you to the Team at PB Tech Petone, wonderful service and excellent advice.

Excellent addition to my house no-longer miss callers.

Very easy to install, and a nice looking product. Unfortunately wasn't compatible with my existing bell (iCloud Internet Bell), so I purchased a Ring Door Bell. Again very easy to install. Very happy with both products.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
