Loving the chair - Had purchased this chair as I previously had another chair from elsewhere for a similar price which would constantly drop it's height on me. This one doesn't have that issue and is very comfortable/adjustable to my liking. Very easy to assemble too - all clicked in, no screwing required.
The only issue I have with it is that something the back rest itself doesn't hold it's height settings and has to be redone every so often. Don't really mind this myself, but can see it being annoying for others. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong? Excellent buy! I was using a cushiony dining room chair at my WFH desk and started getting lower back pain after a couple of months. Thought I'd try this and it's been fantastic for the lower back. Easy to assemble too! Rolls on carpet just fine (with a little bit of extra effort). Would highly recommend. Excellent buy!
