Was good to begin with then broke at the base within 4 months. I weight just shy of 125kg so was not happy with this at all. A chair I've had for 8 years is still going. Aperfect replacement for my 25 year old computer chair. The lumbar and neck support assist with the long periods I spend at the computer. I was given this chair for Christmas (four months ago). The seat and backing is very solid and firm which makes it a bit uncomfortable for long sitting sessions. Most disappointingly, the arm rests are very flimsy and one has already broken. If you need a chair quickly, this one will work. But quite disappointed with the quality of this chair. What a pile of crap. I've only had this chair for a couple of months and the welds are already starting to break. I weigh well under the maximum weight limit for this chair too. Do not buy. Overall not a terrible chair for the price, it’s not necessarily uncomfortable but the seat is quite firm, it’s probably more up to individual preference. The head and back cushions help a lot.
Putting it together was really straightforward and that’s coming from a new mum who sucks with instructions and Allen keys, while running on little sleep.
Given how it’s assembled and based off other reviews I expect things to come loose over time but so far it’s a pretty good chair to use for working from home. I wish the arm rests were adjustable but they do okay in their fixed position. Overall not a terrible chair for the price, it’s not necessarily uncomfortable but the seat is quite firm, it’s probably more up to individual preference. The head and back cushions help a lot.

Chair is very comfortable able to adjust to it easily, also easy to assemble. wouldn't recommend for taller people, screws on the armchairs loosen after wiggling around but can be screwed back in tightly, other than that great chair! I bought this chair because it is the cheapest chair I could find that would support my body weight and I must say, can't really complain much. I know it is not the best chair I've sat in because I have sat in some damn comfy gaming chairs, but this does feel like it can take my weight all of the time unlike them. So for security of not breaking the thing, I have sacrificed a little comfort and it would be nice if it was comfier, but all in all worth that trade off. Still feel like it's gonna tip if I lean too far back in it but that could be more of a me issue with physics than the chair itself. I use chairs for all day on weekends and days off and all day after work. The chairs wheel broke on the first week i had it.
