Comes with mounting screws and it's straightforward to install.

If you plan to clamp mounts to your desk, just spend the extra time planning on where this cable tray goes because it will interfere with a desk clamp if it's too close/flush with the edge of the table top. In my case, I centered the tray flush with the edge, and have the monitor arm desk clamps on either side. It has plenty of room for a power board + plugs and a few power bricks.
