I'm not good at pc and use only basics. Last time, my husband bought A-grade refurbished pc and it works great so I bought this one.
It is great pc. Works like new. No problem for everyday use so far. The only thing not happy about this pc is USB port. There is only one so I use TypeC-USB adapter to use 2 USB at once. The machine its self is fine.
When we received the machine it would not take a charge
This was supposed to be an a class refurbished machine but somebody didnt do a final check
When I took it to the Albany branch it was swapped immediately however the machine was not in quite as good condition as the original
