Purchased to replace failed 3TB backup drive in Airport Time Capsule. Looking for a drive that would be dependable for my backups and came across the Seagate IronWolf Pro range. The drive coming with 5 year warranty and 2 year rescue recovery was a bonus. The drive was slightly different in profile on the corners from the original drive, but with minor modifications to the rubber mountings the drive fitted perfectly. I had a failing hard drive to replace and settled on the IronWolf and so far it's been great. It was easy to replace the drive and get going again. The only down side was the hard drive was shipped without a box or any cables which was no big deal for me as I had spares but if you need them then make sure you purchase some separately.
