For anyone on a budget who's not super fussy about their coffee this machine is perfect. I have a barista background and found the machine a bit to get used to but have now mastered a decent shot and silky milk. Definitely best suited making coffee for 1 or 2 people but great if you're limited on space. Very happy with my purchase and always a pleasure doing business with PBTech. Cheers! The wand movement is minimal. You cannot use a proper-sized cap to steam the milk. Keeping the wand at the top of the milk at an angle is almost impossible. The wand movement is minimal. I bought this coffee machine being a relative coffee noob and I've found it very easy to use. It makes lovely fluffy lattes every day. I use it 3 times daily and I'm very pleased with this purchase. Cons: It`s top heavy ie not that stable when placing in cup. The steam wand hasn`t enough umph to provide a good crema or heat in the 60 seconds recommended. The steamer 'vent' is not aligned properly with the tray. Water goes everywhere unless you have a cup handy to collect it. I was not impressed with the coffee .... produced a low- med strength. Wish I had never bought it. Was unable to return as I wasn`t in the seven day period, due to it being purchased as a gift.

This small Coffee Machine does everything I need for decent latte, espresso and so forth. I make coffee every day but I would say that I'm no expert. Not a high end machine but solid enough.
