Running it on the lowest setting is perfectly fine as long as the rollers are attached. The rollers make a huge difference and honestly do most of the heavy lifting when vacuuming. It’s also really easy to clean and to remove any hair that gets caught in them.

This vacuum cleaner is a bit heavy, but that's a drawback. Compared to my previous battery-operated vacuum cleaner, this one is a game-changer. It displays the battery percentage, and after vacuuming my 85-square-meter apartment, it still had 60% battery left (I used level 2 of the 3 suction power settings; level 3 was too strong and could practically suck up the carpet :-)). The floor nozzle has a light, and the nozzle itself doesn't have brushes, which is very practical. The hose is also great; for example, you can turn off the vacuum when you want to vacuum the sofa. The unit has some great and some rather niche tool attachments. The flexible hose so you dont have to hoist the heavy unit up for doing the tops of picture frames is great. the fine nozzle is effective. the headlight on the main head is novel, and i guess means you dont need a torch when cleaning under stuff, which the low porfile head does indeed go under stuff i didnt think it would.

The click on trigger ( as in squeeze on, then squeeze off like a regular toggle button ) was weird to begin with, but can be handy when using the hose extension and the small head to do cushions and not also having to hold the trigger in.

But its heavy, gets hot in the handle, like really hot, and runs on high power for around 10 minutes if that. It may last 60 minutes if running in the "eco" mode that is as powerful as a dog sniffing or maybe a toddler blowing out birthday candles but in reverse. And pretty sure it wont be 60 minutes if using the head with the headlights or sweep spinner motor.

The g10 was good, albeit short lived, we've just replaced the battery on it, and its wall mount was more secure and indicated when there was charging happening. Got this because I thought I was getting an upgrade, I was not.

Im a fan of the Xiaomi brand, had small vacuums, screwdrivers, lights etc from them, good kit. I hoped this would be the same.

Its ok, it does its job, but the power drain on full power, 10 minutes use if that. disappointing. Only wall mounted also.

The full power mode does a great job on carpets unlike many brands. The drawback is that you will get 10 mins at this level and then it needs a recharge.

This can be pretty frustrating and something that needs to be factored into your decision.

If you have hard floor though it wouldn't be a problem as the less powerful mode has plenty of run time and works well still. This is a great vacuum, while it lasts.
