Sansai FAN-0403 Desktop Fan with Night Light

I use this at work, way better than the cheap USB fans. Being cordless I can carry it to meeting rooms and keep cool. The battery seems to last a few hours (I haven't measured this as I keep it plugged in on my desk and unplug it for meetings - it has always lasted over an hour unplugged). I recently purchased this Sansai Desktop Fan from PBTech, and it has been a lifesaver in my office, especially with our broken AC making it unbearably hot. The fan has three speed settings, which provide a good range of airflow, and it also features a cool night light option - a nice bonus for those who like ambient lighting.
One of the best features is that it can be unplugged and run on battery, making it super portable and handy to take to meetings. Since getting it, I've felt much cooler and more comfortable throughout the workday.
