Edifier P180 Plus Wired Earbuds - White

I just received these today and am very happy. I ordered a pair of these and a pair of panasonic's and these are by far the better choice when it comes to sound quality. They have a great crisp, saturated sound, juicy bass and all round well balanced experience. I only hope that the cables last a while, but only time can tell. I wanted an earset with nicely balanced tone and a good microphone. This earset fitted that description perfectly, and at a budget price. It has the same funky look as the wired Apple Earpods.

Many earsets have disappointing sound, usually too much treble and not much bass. These Edifier earsets sound nicely balanced, which makes them good for listening to music as well as listening to conversation and podcasts.

The microphone works well too. It has volume controls which still work when attached to Android devices. A downside is the volume controls are difficult to identify by feel. They're not prominent enough.

I like the way the earpieces sits on my ear, without having to shove it inside my ear canal.

Overall, a great alternative to the Apple Earpods at less than half the price. The closest performing earset to the Apple Earpod I have found so far.

I'm glad these exist. They are not as expensive as the Apple equivalent. I like this design as they are not in ear and not as bulky as on ear equivalents. I use them when sleeping and they are slim enough not be uncomfortable. The sound is balanced and feels better than their price point would lead you to believe. The microphone and controls are high up on the right ear wire which I don't prefer but it isn't a deal breaker for me. They seem robust at this stage but only time will tell. I brought a set of these based on some reviews saying that they were excellent.
When mine arrived I couldn't believe how good they sounded. I brought 2 more sets to keep as a back up.

These earbuds have not disappointed. They have insane clarity, and the bass is pretty good even at volumes under 50%.

- Doesn't appear to get as tangled as other earbuds?
- Great cable length

Cons:
- 3.5mm jack interface: Not necessarily a bad thing but not many devices support this interface anymore.
- Volume controls do not work with Apple Products: (Tested with Apple M1 MacBook Air 2020) These earbuds have not disappointed. They have insane clarity, and the bass is pretty good even at volumes under 50%.
