These are such a solid price for the quality! The sound is nice, I LOVE the adjustable volume on the side of the headset, and the microphone works well. There's probably more amazing headsets out there for a higher price, but you get great value for money with this headset. These are such a solid price for the quality! Bought this for my son to game with. Compared it to my Logitech ones that were $100.
These ones had better bass.

i have had this headphone for over 2 years and it brilliant all round, great build quality, good microphone and outstanding audio FOR ITS PRICE!
i have had a handful of headphones over the years from different makers but hyperX has the best by far.

The speakers are okay for the price, the mic is absurdly quiet and this can only be fixed by boosting by at least 10 dB, which is a blunt tool solution since that also amplifies any ambient noise (and noise suppression is not always the best). Further research reveals this is a widespread complaint and has been for years, so can only assume the mic has a low quality pre-amp and HyperX sell enough of these that there's no reason to change it.
