I suffer a lot of facial nerve pain and traditional headphones, though preferred, just don't work for me anymore and cause me pain. I tried in ear ones. Awful! These have been the lifesaver I needed. I hate having the in ear designed headphones, they are uncomfortable and hurt my ears. These sit nicely on top. I have had no issues with them falling off. As they dont have the headband part they are nice and compact to tuck away in my bag. I get much better sound quality from my over ear headphones but these are what I expected and are great for space saving.
