Does what it says - value for money

Comfortable to wear, easy to connect and battery life is great.
Charging case feels quite cheap and lightweight.
Main issue is the range - my old earbuds I could walk right out to the letterbox and leave my phone inside. These cut out and crackle if my phone is inside and I'm on the deck!
Overall good value for money.

Good sound quality but prone to inteference

The sound quality is great - by default they have super powerful bass but the app has a bass reducer preset if you don't want this

Very comfortable in ears, rarely falls out

The biggest issue is that when I'm out and about the should will occasionally cut out from (usually) one or (sometimes) both ears. And if I am in a very busy place (e.g. uni campus) it completely sh*ts itself - probably spends half the time with no audio in either ear, and keeps pausing the music for half a second to "compensate"

All orders sent by PB Tech are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
