It's a bit hard for me to understand what a person in the room is saying to me with these buds on and music from sources like speakers, TV, radio etc is much harder to hear (which is what we want!)

Sounds like furniture moving, doors closing/opening, chairs moving, etc are more muffled and reduced, and snoring from your roomie is reduced BUT, I can't attest to if they would be effective if your snoring partner is RIGHT next to you, however across the room it's barely audible for me

Music and chatter from the neighbors' paper-thin wall separating my dorm to the other is significantly more tolerable, and once you're able to mask it with white noise/music/ASMR/relaxing sounds I found that I cannot live without these buds

Let me stress that these WON'T perfectly block all sounds, it will CONTRIBUTE greatly to NOISE REDUCTION. And any extra sounds you can hear SHOULD be masked by the audio of your choice (music/ASMR/white noise/podcast/whatever)

These aren't miracle buds, but they're the closest thing in the entire market right now for sleep, and for achieving the goal of sleep these are MY miracle buds. STELLAR, I would easily recommend this to anyone especially light sleepers

Now about the audio. I'm not really an audiophile, but I definitely notice a difference in quality of this compared to my Huawei FreeBuds (which imo sound better). BUT with the custom EQ presets with the soundscore app; playing around with the settings should get you a far better sound then the default/out of the box settings.

The earbuds come with a built in sleep sounds that you can use on the sound core app, and you can trigger 'sleep mode' to play these sounds to you as sleep but to be honest... I thought the quality of those sounds was.. kinda dog? I'd highly recommend people find their own preferences for sound/music/white noise/podcast on YouTube etc that will have better sound quality and an infinite library of sounds and scapes to choose from

Finding the right ASMR/white noise/relaxing sounds music atmosphere whatever and combining it with the earbuds (and custom EQ) has given me the best quality of sleep I've had in a looooong time. And although they aren't perfect, they give me incredible respite when I need to sleep on an already erratic housing situation and rotating sleep schedule.

TL/DR: None this shi ain't cheap mate read and research diligently.. or just take my word for it and buy.

I just love these earbuds! It took me a couple of nights to get used to sleeping with them but now I don't notice them in my ears at all as they are so soft and fit snugly. I listen to the radio or a podcast for an hour and then the smart switch automatically switches to sleep mode with preloaded audio to fall asleep to. I've slept so well since I've been using these earbuds and would recommend them to anyone with sleep problems. The sales assistant I bought these from was extremely helpful. The only con I can think of is that you cannot answer your cell phone with them which doesn't bother me at all. I just love these earbuds! I used the A10 previously, but they didn't last the full night. These are next level. I've been using for 6 weeks now and I find them comfortable to sleep front, side, back. I use the mid range brown noise at 80% and don't hear any snoring or disturbing noises through out my sleep. I've never had them run out of battery and they last the full night easily. The case provides many days charge and I probably charge the case once a week. At night, they're simple to use - I take them out of the case, put them in my ears and immediately they start in sleep mode, so no need to go to my phone to set anything. I put in sleep mode for 2hrs but switched after I feel asleep or it thought I had. So left on Bluetooth all night and made a Playlist to my liking. I wake with 30% battery left, which is fantastic!

I’ve had 4 pairs of Bose Sleep Buds which all failed and were discontinued. The noise cancelling was great so I could use without sound. These obviously don’t have the noise cancelling but the sound options are great and they are so much more comfortable as a side sleeper. Husband has sleep severe apnoea so sound blocking is key! The tech is a lot more reliable than Bose. And love the sleep reports. Think I am getting the best sleep I’ve had . I’ve had 4 pairs of Bose Sleep Buds which all failed and were discontinued.
