The Nova lite is a very good affordable controller.
It is especially good if you use Linux Steam Proton. All the games will work without fiddling with the steam input. If you were using Dualshock4 with steam input, you will get Xbox buttons mappings. Now I don't need worry about this problem anymore. The stick is way smoother than the Dualshock4. The awkward xbox stick and button arrangement takes some time to adapt. You get multi device connects. That is so good when you use the controller on the PC and the phone with easy switch and color indicator.

Even if you get the bluetooth to work, it will be missing some features like the rumble. You can use the dongle with all the features and it connects faster than the bluetooth with lower latency.
It doesn't have gyro or touchpad. I don't use these features anyway

It’s great — it feels really solid, and I like that it comes with a case and a USB dongle. The option to use it as a wired controller is also a big plus.
However, I found connecting it to my device a bit difficult at first. Once I learned that pressing the Home button and the Share button puts it into pairing mode, it became much easier to use.
It seems like there’s also a reconnect mode, where the controller tries to connect to a previously paired device and becomes undiscoverable to new devices, which can be a bit confusing if you’re not aware of it. Have had two of these for about a year now and have had multiple issues with each one. Input lag has massive random spikes when using the dongle, also has pairing issues and bluetooth issues. It feels great in the hands, has really easy and low latency connectivity over bluetooth and the usb dongle, and the price is unbeatable.
