Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 - White

I mostly use my pc for gaming, the streamdeck is easy to use and makes tasks super easy with one button press instead of multiple clicks for navigation.

Initially i thought i needed the XL but realised you can create multiple profiles or folders and have alot more than only 15 buttons mapped.

I downloaded several profiles and button packs from the Elgato store, very handy. And also some paid ones for iRacing and MSFS24.

Now that i can open apps etc on the StreamDeck i no longer need as many icons on my taskbar/desktop.

Ive also mapped buttons to bat files to run commands that would normally take me about 10-15 clicks.

It is not often that a product provides complete satisfaction, but the Stream Deck is amazing.
So easy to use and set up, works flawlessly and at least for a beginner in streaming, everything has been thought of.
I have been using it to control 4 cameras recording a brass band from my seat within the band using OBS.
The only thing I would add is a magnetic base, but that would be very niche and is easy to DIY.
Would give it 6 stars if allowed. It is not often that a product provides complete satisfaction, but the Stream Deck is amazing.

I bought this for my little boys birthday as he is getting into streaming. I know, it’s an expensive present, but I don’t know who’s had more joy from it, me or him. Not just for streaming, the possibilities are endless, just limited by your creative mind. We have it hooked up to everything. Gaming, lights, email/text responses etc. it’s an amazing toy/tool. I was on the fence about purchasing a macro pad thinking it might be over the top. I was so wrong. The usefulness of this device is excellent - I've set up a range of commonly done tasks, like launching four or five browser tabs across my widescreen monitor, while having another button that launches Spotify, plays a Chill Beats playlist, and opens a YouTube tab with brown noise to help me concentrate, set at 50% volume - all with just one button press.
