Solid build, poor backlight
Overall solid, heavy, well built keyboard, feels good to type on. My first mechanical keyboard in a while, so it does feel quite loud and clicky. A bit thicker than I expected.
The main letdown is the backlight. The keys aren't shine-through (didn't even know that was still a thing), so the lighting is pretty much useless in the dark, and the RGB effects more distracting than helpful.
Side note - the delivery!
Threy shipped it with Aramex and it was a nightmare. Took two weeks to arrive, the box was totally smashed (even though it had "fragile" stickers), tracking/ support was basically non existent. At one point PB Tech were about to...view more
Great little keyboard
I wanted a low profile ten keyless keyboard that would be good for work on macOS and gaming on Windows. It's perfect for both. Easy to switch between the modes with the physical switches on the front. Nice to have all bluetooth/radio/wired options. I like that you can configure RGB via Keychron's website and don't have to install any software.
