The age old saying you get what you paid for, often rings true, and often it's worth spending that little bit more for a better product.
But the Rapoo 8000M doesnt conform to the rules!
I purchase this thinking "if it's no good it's didn't set me back too much."
Initially I was going to use it for my personal phone, but now I use it for my laptop & work phone aswell!
It has quickly become an asset in my everyday tool bag.
With the press of a button I am able to swap devices, and type a product review. (Yes i did type this using the product).

But over all, its a small price to pay for a bargain.

Very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a keyboard so that I had more flexibility with the position of my laptop. This has a dual connection - bluetooth or RF. I use bluetooth because due to the reduced number of ports on the laptop. The bluetooth connection works well. Great keyboard/mouse combo for the price. Very happy with this purchase. Using it at about 6m away from wireless dongle on kids laptop. No issues thus far.
I like the compact size. Fits well on the arm of the couch.
Mouse and keyboard feel good.

Not a fan of the white lines above F keys
Looks kiddish

The keyboard keys are starting to wear off after only 1 month. The battery supplied with the mouse went flat after only 1 month. Swapping devices on the mouse is quite fiddly. The mouse goes to sleep and takes some time to wake back up and reconnect to the device.

Compared to other similar products this bluetooth keyboard/mouse combination does all I need it to do at a reasonable price. I have my laptop connected to my TV using a short HDMI cable and I can use the keyboard and mouse at a distance thanks to the reliable bluetooth connection. I purchased this on the 9th of January and picked it up from the store the following day, I've used it a couple of times and in the last 72 hours it has failed me. I cannot get it to work. I'm disappointed with the product. I hope that I will have a good outcome when I return to the store with this product.
