SATECHI X1 Wireless Keyboard - Space Grey

I've had this keyboard for two years and use it every day. It is flawless, never had a single issue and I think I've charged it maybe twice in two years (or something that ridiculous). I have this set up for use on MacBook pro, iPad mini and iPhone SE with simple one key selection on the keyboard. Battery lasts very well and love that it is backlit, too (many portable bluetooth keyboards are not) and Satechi gear just fits so well with Apple. Very pleased with the purchase. The battery seemed to go flat relatively fast but I think that’s due to the backlit keyboard on full brightness. Great keyboard to use and it’s nice to type on too. I am thoroughly impressed with this keyboard. It works perfectly while paired to my windows laptop and seamlessly switches to my iPad with a flick of a button. Connection issues from the outset. Super slow to.connect then all the typing would come through in one long burst. On for less than two weeks and it's died. The Satechi Slim X1 is a great alternative to the magic keyboard if you would like a small form factor space grey wireless keyboard for use with a Mac or iPad. Great product for the price. Pairs with three different devices easily.
Use the keyboard with an iPad 12.9 Pro and it works flawlessly. Very compact and easy to travel with.

I've loved Satechi products until now. This keyboard looks great and seemed great initially. I started noticing some connectivity issues with my Mac after a while, but they would resolve themselves (turning off an on). However, then it died, and stayed dead. Going through the refund process now. I also wanted to use it on multiple devices, but despite the fact they say it works on Windows 10, I had endless connectivity problems where it would go to sleep after a second of inactivity and take forever to reconnect, or need to repaired. I suspect I'll end up with the Logitech MX Keys. I've loved Satechi products until now. This keyboard looks great and seemed great initially.
