Crafted in true 1/35 scale, this kit replicates the 1918 Pattern Austin Armoured Car used by British forces in Ireland during the War of Independence, roughly between 1919 and 1921. It faithfully re-creates the military vehicle's robust chassis, including the distinctive strengthened frame with dual rear wheels, inline 4-cylinder engine, and fully operational leaf-spring suspension.

The model features a fully detailed interior, complete with the driver's compartment, twin turrets equipped with Hotchkiss or Maxim machine guns, and a richly detailed engine bay-complete with gearbox, steering mechanism, and brake systems. Each hatch and door is designed to be built either open or closed, giving you flexibility in presentation.

Photo-etched parts are included to enhance exterior and interior finesse, and clear plastic components allow for realistic vision slits and light fixtures. The kit also provides decals for five distinct British/Irish service color schemes, enabling accurate historical representation.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
