During the battle for Coruscant, the galaxy's political powerhouse, the separatists deploy hundreds of these agile hunters. During the flight, the aircraft's central shell remains in a rigid position, while the outer area with the three outriggers rotates around this center. The Tri-Fighter's most devastating weapon is in the missile with the buzzing droids. If one of the missiles hits its target, these treacherous droids are released, which anchor themselves on the hull of the Starfighter and immediately begin to damage ship systems or R2s. Once the tiny droids are released, it is almost impossible to get rid of them. Instead of a crew, there is only a droid computer in the headquarters, which operates the three light laser cannons in seconds. In the battle for Coruscant, the Droid Tri-Fighters prove to be serious opponents. Their number seems to be almost endless and a victory for the republic seems anything but certain.
