2009 Far East Tour Specs

The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds are one of the world's most elite aerobatic demonstration teams. Formed in 1953, they have amazed audiences throughout the U.S. as well as in over 60 countries around the world, promoting the U.S. Air Force as well as serving as goodwill ambassadors. In October 2009, the Thunderbirds team came to Japan and held air shows at Chitose, Hamamatsu, and Misawa air bases in front of 410,000 people. The Thunderbirds and their six F-16C aircraft wowed the spectators with their held breath taking performance.

- This is a 1/48 scale plastic assembly model kit of the F-16C from the U.S. Air force's most elite aerobatic demonstration team which came to Japan in October 2009.
- Length: 316mm, Width: 197mm. The excellent aero dynamical form of the F-16C has been faithfully reproduced.
- The model depicts the Block 52 aircraft which has been used by the Thunderbirds since 2009.
- A decal sheet to depict the pilot and crewmen names, helmet markings, and other markings seen on the main wing upper surface is included. Choose to assemble one of the six aircraft used on the Far East Tour or the reserve aircraft.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
