nothing but issues

ordered theses a month before i ordered a PC , (ryzen 5 5500 gx600 16Gb ram 500ssd prebuilt from PBtech) swapped them out with the ram that ram with the PC but i have had nothin but issues running games, that need Dx12 to run, i have done everything in my power to get them to work, google, aksed people i know. decided to put the 16gb kit back in and it works just fine, runs BO6 BF2042 ect perfectly unlike the 32GB kit. Not sure what the issue is. and ive spent the last month trying to figure it, out, but guess ill need to buy a new 32gb kit, since i want to run off 32gb and not 16gb and slowly upgrade.
