It has a good 2 fingers height, the material is foam (similar to those puzzle mats or tatami, but slightly better quality?)

This is a cheap standing mat which looks and feels cheap. Also, the one I got was clearly really old because the colour is faded which I noticed as part of the mat was protected by a product sticker. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness. The mat is pretty thick and soft and actually does the job as well as other ones I've used costing 2-4x as much. It's also really big which may be a con but works for my desk.
